The time has come for word verification on comments

I've tried to hold off on having to use word verification on my comments because I think the less work for commenters the better, but I had to add it after a wave of anonymous spam comments over the past couple days. Hopefully this will at least slow them down.

So anyway, hope you don't mind, and feel free to comment away!

If you don't want the word verification, you can turn on comment moderation. That way, every comment you get is e-mailed to you, and you can choose to approve it or reject it. I had that on for a while before it got too annoying to approve every comment, but it's certainly a good alternative

Yeah, I thought about that, but then I figured that if there was a longer period of time that I couldn't check my email (such as later tonight and early tomorrow), then the comments would be stuck in limbo. I like having them their immediately, even though it takes a few more seconds.
