Roger Federer

I don't really watch much tennis, but I just have to recognize Roger Federer right now.

With his win today in the Australian Open Final, he now has 7 career Grand Slam titles, including 3 in a row. That's impressive.

Federer is the most underappreciated athlete in sports...if he was American, he would be all over the covers..

He's impressive all right. It's just getting a little boring as I mentioned today in my blog. Still, rstiles is right. If Federer was wearing the red white and blue the coverage for him would make this week's Jerome Bettis love-fest seem like a PBS documentary.

rstiles is right. If only he was American. By the time he retires, I think the world will understand that he's right up there, with Tiger Woods, Muhammad Ali and Michael Jordan. He's already leading the ranking for Best tennis player ever on rankopedia.com and he's not even 26!
